Registration and payment conditions

1. Registration and cancellation on the part of the participant

After written registration by fax, e-mail, website or mail you will receive a registration confirmation / invoice. The seminar will take place in Frankfurt am Main. In the event that the seminar location has to be changed at short notice or the date has to be changed, you will be informed immediately. The seminar fees include catering during the coffee and lunch break, as well as a certificate of participation. Accommodation and other costs are not included in the fee. In case of cancellation of a participant after written registration at least 8 weeks before the seminar, the already paid seminar fee will be refunded. Please note that the seminar fee and fee for the evening event will not be refunded in case of cancellation at a later date.

2. Cancellation or postponement on the part of RealKFO GmbH

RealKFO is entitled to cancel or reschedule the seminar in case of force majeure or other reasons of impossibility, especially if the number of participants falls below the specified minimum number or if the speaker falls ill. The participants will be informed immediately in writing or by e-mail. Already paid seminar fees and/or fees for the evening events will be refunded.

3. Information material/online offer

Insofar as the instructor makes further information materials available to the participants, these are – insofar as not separately agreed – included in the seminar fee. Participants are not authorized to copy the materials or to resell or publish them to third parties. Copying or using the documents is only permitted with the express permission of RealKFO. Should the speaker himself provide documents online, the organizers do not assume any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. The speaker alone is liable for the content as well as for damages resulting from the use of such information and links provided online.

4. Disclaimer

The liability for damages is excluded, unless they are caused by culpable violation of an essential contractual obligation by the organizer in a way that endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract or are due to gross negligence or intent. Any further liability for consequential damages, which are not personal injuries, is excluded due to the postponement and cancellation of the event.

5. Data protection

If it is possible to enter personal or business data during registration, this data will be used by us for invoicing, processing the event registration and for further support of the participant. They will be stored for as long as is necessary for processing. In addition, they are stored for the dispatch of information material from RealKFO about further events that may be of interest to the participant. You can object to the use of your data at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the prime rates.

6. Place of Performance/Court of Jurisdiction

Place of performance and jurisdiction is Bad Homburg.
